3-3-20 UPPER BODY focus conditioning

Another #tifftuesday. You don't want to miss it. Don't stress everything should and can be scaled if needed.

Warm up

2 rounds of:

  • 6 cuban press
  • 8 scap push ups
  • 20 sit ups (reduce this if needed)
  • 10 db front raises

Workout
*each workout is tabata style 30 secs work 10 secs rest
complete 5 rounds of:

  • clean & press
  • banded rear delt flys

complete 5 rounds of:

  • burpees
  • landmine rows

complete 5 rounds of:

  • sled
  • plank hold

complete 5 rounds of:

  • jump row or row
  • DB pull overs

end with 4 rounds tabata abs 20/10:

  • leg lowers
  • heel taps
  • firefly
