- Incline DB press 3x20
- Tricep pull downs 3x30
- banded reverse fly 3x30
then 4 rounds of:
- 20 kipping pull-ups or 10-12 strict/ring rows
- 20 DB floor press
then tabata 4 rounds of:
- sit ups
- plank
