  • soilder March 
  • scorpion stretch 
  • lunge to knee up 


  • Box squats 5x5x50% +bands 
  • Front squats 4x6 
  • landmine lunges 4x10 (each side) 

Then 3 rounds of:

  • 30 wall balls 
  • 30 banded KB deadlifts
