  • Banded hamstring curls 3x30
  • back ext 3x15
  • bird dog holds 3x30sec (each side)
  • single leg hops 3x15-20 (each side)

then 3 rounds of:

  • 6 KB squat-press-lunge sequence 
  • 20 weighted sit ups 
  • 20 latarel box jumps
