Workout
Complete 5 rounds of:
- 12 DB pull overs
- 12 burpees
- 12 box dips
- 12 DB clean & press
- 45 sec skaters
- 1- max overhead DB hold
then ABS:
- 100 leg lowers
each time you break, do max plank holdthen MORE ABS:
- 200 heel taps
each time you break do max push ups (hehe we've seen a lot on your stories, now let's put you to the test)
