THEN work up to a top set of 6-8 - Deadlifts 6x2x60% + 30% chain or band - Competition stance
- Stiff leg deadlifts 1x6, work up to a top set of 6
This may take you 2-3 rounds to find your heavy top set of 6
Auxiliary
- Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8 each side
- Reverse hyper 3x20 light/moderate
- Hanging leg raises 4x10
- Banded hamstring curls 1x100
