  • 10 bicep curl to shoulder press *light 
  • 15 banded tricep pull downs 
  • 10 med ball Goodmorning 

workout 

  • bent over rear delt flys (each side) 3x15
  • bicep curls 3x15
  • Decline tricep skull crusher 3x15 
  • 100 banded pull downs 
  • 100 banded straight arm pull downs 

then 5 rounds of:

  • 10 deadlifts 
  • 6 power clean & press 
  • 6 box dips
