- 15 banded tricep pull downs
- 10 med ball Goodmorning
workout
- bent over rear delt flys (each side) 3x15
- bicep curls 3x15
- Decline tricep skull crusher 3x15
- 100 banded pull downs
- 100 banded straight arm pull downs
then 5 rounds of:
- 10 deadlifts
- 6 power clean & press
- 6 box dips
