  • banded Shoulder mobility 2x20(each side) 
  • DB single arm row 3x15 (each side)
  • lat pull down 3x15

conditioning 4 rounds of: 

  • 6 wall walks 
  • 10 Kipping pull ups (sub with strict if unable to kip)
  • 6 stone to box
