3-17-21 Wednesday Conditioning and Recovery
Warm Up:
- 3 Sun Salutations
- 5 Spinal Rotation (each side), your choice: Here, Here, Here
- Resting Squat (primal), hold for 20 seconds (longer if it suits you)
Bands - 3 Rounds (lighter bands):
- 30 Face Pulls
- 20 lateral raise (start video at 0:24)
- 15-20 Victory press (no weights)
- 30 triceps extensions
Conditioning - 4 Rounds, little rest:
- 4 laps sled (make sure to do at least half walking backwards)
- 30 seconds jump rope
- 15 ball slams
- 20 kettle bell swings
TABATA: 20:10 8 Rounds
- Glute Bridge March
- Side Plank Left (start video at 3:28)
- Frog Pump
- Plank with Kettle Bell Pull Through
- Side Plank Right
