Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
*stay on 2 movements at a time for 5 rounds tabata

- squat jump into jumping lunge *scale this to bodyweight squats if needed
- banded abductors
- squat to high knee raise
- seated good morning *use DB or barbell
- monster walks side-side
- stiff leg deadlift
- squat jacks *see video
- weighted step ups
REST 5MINS
Then, choose your ability:

- hard= 100 sumo heel raises
- medium= 75 sumo heel raises
- easy= 50 sumo heel raises
*each time you break, do 8 burpees
Then, 5 rounds Banded Booty Tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

- glute bridge to abduction to sit up
- fire hydrand to donkey kick
