Complete 5 rounds or 9 mins of:

  • 6 pull ups
  • 8 DB pull overs
  • 6 kb swings

Complete 5 rounds or 9 mins of:

  • 6 alternating DB snatches *sub with barbell snatch if desired
  • 8 box jumps
  • 12 dips
then, end with 8 rounds tabata  20/10:
  • handstand holds
  • plank holds
