- 50 monster walks
- 15 weighted med ball goodmornings
- 10 squat pulses
Workout
Complete 5 rounds or 8 mins, whichever comes first, of:
- 12 banded pull throughs HERE or try using the reverse hyper
- 12 DB squat thrusters
Complete 5 rounds or 8mins, whichever comes first of:
- 15 banded/weighted kneeling thrusters HERE
- 12 burpees
Complete 5 rounds or 8mins, whichever comes first of:
- 12 stiff leg deadlift *elevate on box to level this up
- 15 wall balls
then, 5 rounds tabata abs 30/10 of:
- slow bicycles
- heel taps
- ab sit up ball toss w/partner *if you don't have a partner sub with ball crunches
