Warm up

3 rounds of:

  • 50 monster walks
  • 15 weighted med ball goodmornings
  • 10 squat pulses

Workout

Complete 5 rounds or 8 mins, whichever comes first, of:

  • 12 banded pull throughs HERE or try using the reverse hyper
  • 12 DB squat thrusters

Complete 5 rounds or 8mins, whichever comes first of:

  • 15 banded/weighted kneeling thrusters HERE
  • 12 burpees

Complete 5 rounds or 8mins, whichever comes first of:

  • 12 stiff leg deadlift *elevate on box to level this up
  • 15 wall balls

then, 5 rounds tabata abs 30/10 of:

  • slow bicycles
  • heel taps
  • ab sit up ball toss w/partner *if you don't have a partner sub with ball crunches
