Warm up

6 rounds tabata 20/10 of:

  • squat jump with floor tap
  • sit ups
  • ring rows

Conditioning
complete 5 rounds or 25 mins of:

  • 12 alternating DB snatch
  • 8 DB goblet squat
  • 15 DB walking lunges
  • 8 DB goblet squats
  • 12 Burpees
