Warm up
4 rounds tabata 20/10:
stay on each movement 4 rounds before switching

  • lat box jumps
  • bicep curls
  • alternating lunges

then 2 rounds mobility:

  • yoga sequence- up dog- down dog- 3 leg dog- lunge
  • 30 banded reverse fly

Main work

  • squats 12x2x50% + 25% band tension
  • stiff leg deadlifts 6x3 *work up in weight to a heavy set of 3

Auxiliary work

5 rounds of:

  • 10 DB box step ups
  • 10 reverse lunges
