Warm up
4 rounds tabata 20/10:
stay on each movement 4 rounds before switching
- lat box jumps
- bicep curls
- alternating lunges
then 2 rounds mobility:
- yoga sequence- up dog- down dog- 3 leg dog- lunge
- 30 banded reverse fly
Main work
- squats 12x2x50% + 25% band tension
- stiff leg deadlifts 6x3 *work up in weight to a heavy set of 3
Auxiliary work
5 rounds of:
- 10 DB box step ups
- 10 reverse lunges
