Warm Up:
- 5 Cat Cow. 5 Cats and 5 Cows - slowly in each movement.
- 10 Bear to Squat. This is a slow movement. Hold bear to activate your core, hold in squat to stretch the hips. (Start at 0:42)
- 5 (each side) Spinal Rotation of your choice. Some examples are here, here and here.
- Bands: 4 rounds
- 15 single arm banded row right
- 15 single arm banded row left
- 15 internal shoulder rotation. right &left
- 15 external shoulder rotation, right & left (0:45)
- 15 Standing straight arm pull down

8 rounds tabata 20secs work/10 secs rest
Stay on each movement for 8 rounds before switching to next movement- rowing
- jump rope
- sit ups
- ABS: 3 Rounds, 15 Reps
- Reverse crunch
- Starfish crunch
- Dying bug (15 each side)
