  • Bench 4x6x65%, then work up to a heavy set of 3
  • Work up to a heavy power clean and press  

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 3 power cleans + 1 press at 80%
  • 10 plate ground to overhead *heavy as possible 
  • 10 hanging knee raises 

Then tabata abs
