Yesterday we maxed out on our paralell box squat. Be sure to record your weight. We will revisit this move in a few weeks.

Warm up
3 rounds of:

  • 10-15 med ball front squats
  • 10-15 med ball goodmornings
  • 20-30 banded walks; forward/back/side to side

Workout
5 rounds of:

  • 10 box jumps or 20 lateral jumps
  • 20 banded donkey kicks
5 rounds of:
  • 10 barbell thrusters *sub with DB if needed
  • 20 banded KB deadlifts

5 rounds of:

  • 10 weighted hip thrusters
  • 20 wall balls

end with:

  • 200 banded walks
  • 100 banded abductors
