Yesterday we maxed out on our paralell box squat. Be sure to record your weight. We will revisit this move in a few weeks.

Warm up
3 rounds of:
- 10-15 med ball front squats
- 10-15 med ball goodmornings
- 20-30 banded walks; forward/back/side to side
Workout
5 rounds of:
- 10 box jumps or 20 lateral jumps
- 20 banded donkey kicks
- 10 barbell thrusters *sub with DB if needed
- 20 banded KB deadlifts
5 rounds of:
- 10 weighted hip thrusters
- 20 wall balls
end with:
- 200 banded walks
- 100 banded abductors
