Main work
- Bench Press with Reverse Light Bands
- Work up to a 1 rep max with bands attached at the top to reduce weight in the bottom
- then 90% of that max for 1 set of as many as possible
- then 80% of that max for 1 set of as many as possible
- 2 Board Bench press 1x6
Work up to a top set of 6 reps. This may take 4-6 sets to find a top set
Auxiliary work
- DB tricep roll back 4x10 heavy
- Tates press OR JM DB presses 4x12
- banded reverse fly 4x20
- DB side bends 4x15-20 each side
- 1x100 banded tricep "pushdowns"
