2-19-19 Upper Body Volume
- Bench 6x6 *use slingshot if possible
- Push Press 4x10 *work up to heavy set of 10
- barbell rows 3x10
- bent over single arm rows 3x15
- bicep curls 3x15
then 3 rounds of:
- 15-20 reverse hyper or back ext
- 10 pulls ups
- 20 wall balls
