2-19-19 Upper Body Volume

  • Bench 6x6 *use slingshot if possible
  • Push Press 4x10 *work up to heavy set of 10
  • barbell rows 3x10
  • bent over single arm rows 3x15
  • bicep curls 3x15

then 3 rounds of:

  • 15-20 reverse hyper or back ext
  • 10 pulls ups
  • 20 wall balls
