2-18-20 Upper body focus conditioning
Warm up
5 rounds of:
- kb swings
- lateral floor hops
- band pull aparts
Workout
Each workout is tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest
Complete 5 rounds of:
- lat pull downs
- bicep curls
- bench hops
Complete 5 rounds of:
- pull ups
- jump rope
- push ups
Complete 5 rounds of:
- landmine row
- plank row w/knees tucked
- weight sit up
Complete 5 rounds of:
- banded sit ups
- banded reverse flys
- DB floor press
Training notes:
modify as needed; pull ups can be sub with ring rows. If your knees can't tolerate the bench hops sub with skater floor hops
