Main work
- Squats 5x5x55% + 25% band tension
- sumo deadlifts 6x3 *work up in weight
Auxiliary work
- lat pull downs 3x12
- seated DB goodmornings 3x"max reps"
then 3 rounds of:
- reverse lunge + pivot rotations 3x8 *each side
- banded hamstring curls 3x30
- calf raises 3x20
