2-11-20 Lower body focus conditioning

Another awesome programming by Tiffinay Galan. It's going to be a good one; but we want time for booty at the end so get straight to warm up ;)

Warm-up

3 rounds of:

  • 30 banded walks - forward, back & side-side
  • 30 banded abductor
  • 10 air squats

Conditioning

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • barbell thrusters *light- med weight
  • banded DB deadlifts

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • box jumps
  • weighted curtsy squats

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • burpees
  • hip thrusters

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • row/jump rope
  • walking lunges

then, 4 rounds of booty burnout:

  • 15 banded fire hydrants
  • 30 banded abductors
  • 15 banded donkey kicks
