2-11-20 Lower body focus conditioning
Another awesome programming by Tiffinay Galan. It's going to be a good one; but we want time for booty at the end so get straight to warm up ;)
Warm-up
3 rounds of:
- 30 banded walks - forward, back & side-side
- 30 banded abductor
- 10 air squats
Conditioning
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
- barbell thrusters *light- med weight
- banded DB deadlifts
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
- box jumps
- weighted curtsy squats
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
- burpees
- hip thrusters
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
- row/jump rope
- walking lunges
then, 4 rounds of booty burnout:
- 15 banded fire hydrants
- 30 banded abductors
- 15 banded donkey kicks
