Conditioning
Workout A
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
- 1 min reverse walk sled drag
- 1 min landmine hack squats
- 1 min warrior II hold (right)
- 1 min warrior II hold (left)
rest 3-5 mins then,
Workout B
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
- 1 min forward walk (heel toe) sled drag
- 1 min deadlifts @50%
- 1 min banded abductor
- 1 min plank hold
