- kb stiff leg deadlift
- ball slams
- sit ups
then, 2 rounds of:
- 20 banded bicep curls each side
- 20 banded shoulder press
- 20 banded tricep pull downs
Main work
- Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps squat
- Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps deadlift
Auxiliary work
4 rounds of:
- 10 power cleans & press
- 10 db bulgarian split squats *5 each side
- 10 db stiff leg deadlifts
end with 5 rounds of:
- 15 banded sit ups
- 15 back ext or reverse hyper
