  • Work up to 1 rep SSB box squats -wide stance 
  • then 1x3, 1x5, 1x7 *no percentages but use the heaviest weight you can move well for the specific reps 
  • reverse hyper 3x15-20 @60% of squat max reached today
  • Bulgarian split squats 3x8 (each leg) 
  • Front squat 3x8
