12-19-19 Conditioning
Warm up
3 rounds of:
- 30 banded walks
- 3 up dog - down dog
- 2 lunge twist
then 4 rounds tabata 20/10"
- kb swings
- squats
Conditioning
4 rounds with as many reps as possible of:
- 1 min sumo deadlift highpulls
- 1 min single arm press *alternate sides every 5 reps
- 1 min burpees or 10 burpees, whichever comes first
- 1 min rest
rest 5 mins then
4 rounds of:
- 1 min sled push *sub with banded walks if you don't have a sled
- 1 min rope climb sit up
- 1 min plank with hip dips
- 1 min rest
