11-5-19 upper body focus Conditioning

Warm up
2 rounds of:

  • up dog to down dog
  • lunge twist
  • childs pose with shoulder stretch

then, 2 rounds of:

  • banded tornado
  • mini band pull aparts

3 rounds of:

  • 20 pull ups
  • 30  barbell push ups
  • 100 jump rope
  • tabata abs

*between rounds complete 6 rounds tabata abs 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest

*scale pullups with banded, ring rows, or inverted rows. To scale the barbell push up, raise barbell higher to reduce bodyweight
