Warm up
2 rounds of:
- up dog to down dog
- lunge twist
- childs pose with shoulder stretch
then, 2 rounds of:
- banded tornado
- mini band pull aparts
Conditioning
3 rounds of:
- 20 pull ups
- 30 barbell push ups
- 100 jump rope
- tabata abs
*between rounds complete 6 rounds tabata abs 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest
*scale pullups with banded, ring rows, or inverted rows. To scale the barbell push up, raise barbell higher to reduce bodyweight
