Warm up
3 rounds of:
- lunge twist *each side
- sampson stretch
- scorpion
Workout A
- 100 banded walks- mix forward/back/side to side
- 100 sit ups
- 100 banded donkey kicks *each side
Workout B
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
- 100 jump rope or 2 min rowing or 2 min light sled drag
- 50 squats
- 10 thrusters
the goal is to get 4 solid rounds if possible
