- mini band pull aparts
- kb swings
- inch worms
Main work
- chain lateral raises 4x12-15
- seated barbell strict press 4x12-15
- JM presses 4x8-12
- Band pull downs 4x25
then, 8 rounds tabata 30/20:
- push press
- banded sit up
- burpees
How do I begin and go easy at my age to strength train. I also don’t know some of the references “banded” “burpees” etc.
