  • mini band pull aparts
  • kb swings
  • inch worms

Main work

  • chain lateral raises 4x12-15
  • seated barbell strict press 4x12-15
  • JM presses 4x8-12
  • Band pull downs 4x25

then, 8 rounds tabata 30/20:

  • push press
  • banded sit up
  • burpees

    How do I begin and go easy at my age to strength train. I also don’t know some of the references “banded” “burpees” etc.
