Wednesday is good today do a recovery workout or make up some of the work you may have missed from Tuesday.
Recovery workout
8 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- jump rope
- ab of choice
then,
3 rounds of tabata 40 secs work/ 20 secs rest of:
- sled drag - light/moderate
- reverse hyper - light
- weighted sit ups
then, 3 rounds of tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- banded crossover donkey kick- LEFT HERE
- banded crossover donkey kick - RIGHT
- banded donkey kick- LEFT
- banded donkey kick- RIGHT
- plank hold
