10-2-19 Upper Body Volume Day "Banded Everything"

Warm up
3 rounds of:

  • 10 Banded shoulder punches (each side)
  • 10 banded "Y"
  • 10 tornado's

then, 4 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • barbell push ups
  • plate ground to overhead
  • banded rows

Main work

  • Bench 6x6 *if you logged your weight from last week, see if you can add 5lbs on your last set. If you didn't log your weight... go by feel and start logging :)
  • Push press 5x3 *on your 5th set do an AMRAP

Auxiliary work

  • banded tricep pull downs 4x20
  • banded tricep push backs 4x12-15 Here
  • bicep curls 4x12-15
  • banded lower ab lifts 4x"as many as possible" Here
