10-2-19 Upper Body Volume Day "Banded Everything"
Warm up
3 rounds of:
- 10 Banded shoulder punches (each side)
- 10 banded "Y"
- 10 tornado's
then, 4 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- barbell push ups
- plate ground to overhead
- banded rows
Main work
- Bench 6x6 *if you logged your weight from last week, see if you can add 5lbs on your last set. If you didn't log your weight... go by feel and start logging :)
- Push press 5x3 *on your 5th set do an AMRAP
