Max effort work
- Work up to a 1 rep max Deadlift- Choose one of the following:
trap bar
bar w/chains
reverse band max pull
the fun stuff
3 rounds of:
- 60 secs farmer carry 75lbs-125lbs each hand
- 60 secs stone to platform
- 60 secs hand over hand sled pull
30 secs transition between movements - 2 min rest between rounds
