  • Box squats 10x2x65%
  • Trap bar deadlifts 8x2x70%
  • single leg deadlifts 4x10 (each side)
  • Wide stance box squats 4x8-10 *light for auxiliary movement 
  • DB combo front squat + (2 lunges) 4x10 

then 5 rounds of tabata: 

  • Box step ups 
  • kb swings
