- Box squats 10x2x55% +25% band tension or chains
check your box height- parallel or below - Sumo Deadlifts 10x1x65% chains or bands if it moves with speed
- Back ext 5x8-10 heavy plate
- Reverse hyper 5x10-12 - moderate
- 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest:
- banded kb deadlift
- banded squats
- banded fire hydrant - left
- banded fire hydrant- right
Second workout
can be done later in the day if time or fatigue is an issue
- Sled drag 10 mins- heavy
