1-9-20 Conditioning

Warm up
2 rounds of yoga sequence

  • forward fold - updog - down dog- lunge

then 6 rounds of tabata 20/10

  • butt kickers
  • floor touch jump squats

Workout A

  • 50 walking lunges - one burpee for each step taken
    *scale this to one burpee for every two steps taken if needed

Workout B
6 rounds tabata 20/10

  • boat pose twist *hold a boat pose and slowly twist each side
  • box jumps or lateral skater jumps
  • partner ball toss sit ups
