Warm up
2 rounds of yoga sequence
- forward fold - updog - down dog- lunge
then 6 rounds of tabata 20/10
- butt kickers
- floor touch jump squats
Conditioning
Workout A
- 50 walking lunges - one burpee for each step taken
*scale this to one burpee for every two steps taken if needed
Workout B
6 rounds tabata 20/10
- boat pose twist *hold a boat pose and slowly twist each side
- box jumps or lateral skater jumps
- partner ball toss sit ups
