1/4/19 max effort upper

  • Work up to a heavy 1 rep strict press 
  • incline dB press 4x10-12
  • seated rear delt flys 4x10-12
  • db shoulder press 4x10-12
  • hammer curls 4x15-20

then as many rounds as possible for 6 mins 

  • 8 Db thrusters (squat to overhead press)
  • 8 push ups
