1/4/19 max effort upper
- Work up to a heavy 1 rep strict press
- incline dB press 4x10-12
- seated rear delt flys 4x10-12
- db shoulder press 4x10-12
- hammer curls 4x15-20
then as many rounds as possible for 6 mins
- 8 Db thrusters (squat to overhead press)
- 8 push ups
