Warm up
3 rounds of:
- 6-8 banded kneeling wood chops *both directions
- 8-10 back ext or reverse hyper
- 6 banded half reverse lunges *both sides
then, take 3-4 rounds to warm up to your front squat
Auxiliary work
complete 4 rounds of:
- 10-12 front squats @40-50%
- 6 box jumps
complete 4 rounds of:
- 5 DB reverse lunges
- 5 burpees
complete 4 rounds of:
- 10 banded kneeling glute kick back *each side
- 10 banded & weighted glute thrusters
complete 5 rounds of:
- banded ab sit ups
- leg lowers
