then, 4 rounds tabata 20/10:
- box step ups
- squat jumps w/floor tap
Auxiliary & Conditioning work
Complete the following:
5 rounds of:
- 30 banded hamstring curls
- 20 russian twist
5 rounds of:
- 30 leg extensions
- 20 alternating toe touch crunch
5 rounds of:
- 12 barbell glute thrusters
- 10 hanging leg raises
4 rounds of:
- 45 sec sled drag or heavy sandbag carry
- 45 sec box step ups
