  • Work up to a heavy 1 rep banded box squat 
  • banded Goodmorning 3x6-8
  • goblet squat 3x6-8 *heavy as possible 
  • Single leg deadlift 3x6-8 (each side) 

then tabata 6-8 rounds 

  • wall ball 
  • Ab of choice 
  • Squat lunge
