1-14-20 Conditioning lower body focus
Warm up
2 rounds of:
- wide leg forward fold
- up dog - down dog with knee bend (hip opener)
- child's pose
then 6 rounds tabata 20/10
- sit ups
Conditioning with lower body focus
complete the following with as little rest as possible
4 rounds of:
- 200 jump rope or 2 min row
- 50 banded hamstring curls
3 rounds of:
- 20 KB deadlifts
- 50 lateral skater box jumps
then, 6 rounds tabata 20/10 of:
- high plank hold
- high plank mtn climber *slow with full foot touch to front
- bridge hold
