1-14-20 Conditioning lower body focus

Warm up
2 rounds of:

  • wide leg forward fold
  • up dog - down dog with knee bend (hip opener)
  • child's pose

then 6 rounds tabata 20/10

  • sit ups

Conditioning with lower body focus
complete the following with as little rest as possible

4 rounds of:

  • 200 jump rope or 2 min row
  • 50 banded hamstring curls

3 rounds of:

  • 20 KB deadlifts
  • 50 lateral skater box jumps

then, 6 rounds tabata 20/10 of:

  • high plank hold
  • high plank mtn climber *slow with full foot touch to front
  • bridge hold
