9-28-20 Conditioning only by Tiffany
Our conditioning only workouts are programmed by Tiffany Galan. These workouts are designed for those with limited equipment at home and/or looking for a quick cardio workout.
Main work
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
- 6 sumo KB or barbell sumo deadlifts
- 6 burpee box jumps
- 6/6 bulgarian split squats
- 6 wall balls
then,
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- leg lowers
- alternating standing kick back
- mountain climbers
