Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- alternating DB snatches or barbell snatches
- front raise to reverse grip
- hand release burpees
- DB pull over
- weighted jumping jacks
Abs
4 rounds of:
- 12 hip lifts
- 20 plank jacks
- 12 hanging leg raises or leg lowers on the floor
