Workout
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- reverse lunge to high knee
- burpee box jump
- walking squat
- glute bridge hold
then, 4 rounds of
- 10 fire hydrants to kick back- each side
- 10 standing oblique crunch - each side
- 10 squat pulse
- 10 hanging knee raises or leg lowers on the floor
