- Close grip bench work up to a 2 rep max
- Belt squat skull crusher 3x10
sub using our lat pull down machine - Incline DB tate press against bands 3x12 VIDEO
- Snatch grip bent over barbell rows 3x10
- One arm DB row - supinate at top 3x20 each arm (that's gonna burn)
- Core/abs
Med ball russian twist 4x15 each side - Finish with:
100 barbell JM presses UNBROKEN
*Bring the barbell under your chin. You cannot put the bar down to rest at any point. 15-40lbs
