    Shannon- only work up until your elbows start moving out of postition
    Casey- work on slowing down before the lift. Deep breath- lats down toward hips- control at chest. Make sure your elbows stay in line.
    Kim, grace, lakin, katie, Angelica- work on pulling lats down toward hips before starting the lift. I can see you taking breath in but not securing your lats to get even tighter
